Mustard Yellow Beaded Badge Lanyard

Whether a summer hue or a winter pick-me-up, yellow has always been representative of cheerful dispositions and sunny smiles for me.

This fully beaded badge lanyard is created from bold hues of mustard yellow beads with a touch of brown marble under their surface that are then combined with yellow mother of pearl rounds and sparkling faceted beads in similar shades.

This handmade 38-inch (96.5 cm) beaded lanyard is perfect for a badge or key and is designed so that the nape of the strand is smooth and comfortable against the back of the neck with larger decorative beads further down along the strand so they are shown off to their best advantage.

Man in the Blue Moon Beaded Charm - Versatility

Man in the Blue Moon Beaded Charm
I love versatility. I love making something that can be used over and over for many different things.

The decorative beaded charms that I design are one of these useful creations, too. Each one is designed to be used in any number of ways including (but certainly not limited to) as purse charms, rear view mirror charms for a car, zipper pulls, key chain, wallet charms, cell phone charms and more. In fact, I offer those that own my charms a variety of attachments, so when they buy them they can choose what kind of attachment will best fit their needs and ideas. I've even had customers request their charms be added to book hooks to turn them into bookmarks!

This handmade celestial beaded charm, titled "Man in the Blue Moon", with it's shiny blue glass beads and brass man in the moon smiling bat the end is one of my absolute favorites, too. Celestial themes have always been a joy of mine and I have to admit that when I made this one, I almost had to keep it for myself.

Tyrian Purple Beaded Badge Lanyard

The actual color of Tyrian purple (also known as Imperial purple), the original color purple from which the name purple is derived, is a color of a dye made from a mollusk. In classical antiquity, this color then became a symbol of royalty because only the very wealthy could afford it and was extremely popular throughout the time of the Roman Empire.

Today, purple continues to hold meaning as something royal and rich, and rich warm colors is what this beaded badge lanyard is all about.

Created in shades of Tyrian purple and plum, this beaded lanyard combines the richness of these historical shades with golden accents for warmth all strung on a creme colored strand that shows off both the rich colors and warmth with elegant aplomb.

Perfect for your badge, keys and more light-weight options, the nape of this 36-inch (91.5 cm) beaded lanyard is created to be smooth and comfortable against the back of the neck with decorative beads further down along the strand so they are shown off to their best advantage.

Beaded Butterfly Necklace of Wood and Pearls

Beaded Butterfly Necklace of Wood and Pearls
Butterflies and dragonflies both represent a change in one's life. Sometimes graceful, sometimes not, but change is important either way. It breathes fresh air into stale spaces and brings about new ideas and inspirations.

This beaded butterfly necklace is created with that theme in mind. Made with a handful of creamy pearls and wooden beads brought together on a strand of matching seed beads to accent the 2-inch circular pendant that dangles front and center. The pendant is made of wood and stained a rich brown color (also available in black) with a beautiful butterfly inlay set off-center on its surface in brushed silver tones.

The lobster claw clasp at the nape of this handmade necklace attaches to an extender chain that allows the length of this necklace to be adjustable between 17" - 19.25" (43 cm - 49 cm). This means it can be worn tight enough to be a choker or loose enough to lie comfortably against the chest while a small bead bauble at the end of the chain gives an extra bit of decorative touch at the nape.
